Autophobia is the
abnormal and persistent fear of being alone or isolated and of being
egotistical. It can also mean to fear
oneself and is associated with self-hatred.
Those who suffer from this phobia feel alone, ignored, unloved or
threatened by intruders even when they are not physically alone.
A phobia is a strong,
persistent fear of situations, objects, activities or persons. The main symptom is an excessive and
unreasonable desire to avoid the feared subject. Other phobia symptoms include
shortness of breath, irregular heartbeat, sweating, nausea, and an overall
feeling of dread. Phobias are the most
common form of anxiety disorders.

I am doing a school research paper on Autophobia and I have to do an interview. If someone could please email me at leannakincaid@gmail.com so I could just ask a few simple questions that would be great and I would REALLY appreciate it!
