The Truth Behind Homophobia


Do you suffer from Homophobia?  Homophobia is the irrational fear of homosexuality, and Richard Ryan, a professor of psychology at the University of Rochester, has produced new research in order to gain insight into the trigger of this phobia.  He believes that those who suffer from this phobia are at war with themselves about their sexuality.

Neopharmaphobia: The Fear of New Drugs


Neopharmaphobia is the abnormal and persistent fear of new drugs. Those who suffer from this phobia worry about how certain medications will affect them.  All of the commercials about the new medications with the long list of side-effects also contribute to this fear.
A phobia is a strong, persistent fear of situations, objects, activities or persons.  The main symptom is an excessive and unreasonable desire to avoid the feared subject.
