Scatophobia: The Fear of Fecal Matter


Scatophobia is the abnormal and persistent fear of fecal matter.  Fecal matter is completely gross for one thing, but it also contains a lot of bacteria, germs and things we really don’t need to come in contact with and these are just some of the reasons some people have Scatophobia.
A phobia is a strong, persistent fear of situations, objects, activities or persons.  The main symptom is an excessive and unreasonable desire to avoid the feared subject. Other phobia symptoms include shortness of breath, irregular heartbeat, sweating, nausea, and an overall feeling of dread.  Phobias are the most common form of anxiety disorders.

Teleophobia: The Fear of Definite Plans or Religious Ceremony


Teleophobia is the abnormal and persistent fear of definite plans or religious ceremony.
