Panophobia: The Fear of Everything

Panophobia is the irrational and extreme fear of everything. Those who suffer from this phobia fear absolutely everything.
The Gift of Fear

This phobia is especially traumatic because they cannot escape what they fear.  Everywhere they turn is something else that terrifies them.  This can have debilitating effects on their health, school, work and family.

A phobia is a strong, persistent fear of situations, objects, activities or persons.  The main symptom is an excessive and unreasonable desire to avoid the feared subject. Other phobia symptoms include shortness of breath, irregular heartbeat, sweating, nausea, and an overall feeling of dread.  Phobias are the most common form of anxiety disorders.

If you suffer from Panophobia please share your story.  How was it triggered and how does it affect your life?
